Clutch linkage
The ends are available at any bearing house for about $7.00 each. I bought a 3' length of 3/8" galvanized coated rod for $4.25 and 6 3/8"X24 jam nuts for $0.48, so total cost around $20.00. The rod ends were 3/8" 24 thread both on the female side and the stud.
The complete job took me about 2 hours from start to finish.
I will try and post some photos.
My rod was a total of 18.25 " long center to center, the threaded rod with out ends was 17.25" long end to end with about 1.25" of thread on both ends.
I mounted the top end on the inside of the clutch peddle lever. I had to remove it to install the rod end. the other end mounted as normal. This did position the rod a bit closer to the right side of the hole but I still had room to slide my finger between the side of the hole and the rod.
It works smooth and quite and I didn't relise I was worn thru the bushing and getting into metal with the lower pivot.
I hope this helps someone to build there own.

Believe it or not the camera I use is a cheap Kodak easy share I picked up at Costco for a couple hundred bucks. I have it set at 3 mega pixel instead of 5 for hard drive consumption and ease of sending via email. It has a closeup mode that I set it on for those pictures.
