5.4L cams?
I have a 2001 F250 SD 4x4 5.4L SOHC 2V. I have already maxed out the air intake and exhaust. Got a custom computer dyno tune to max out performance. Looking for more torque in the low and mid range. I think a cam change is my next step.
Any knowledge on the best cams for low end torque or a better way to get it?
I am looking at the Crower Baja Beast #62905-2. They say its the one i need and it needs no other mods. Also considering the Crane #379601 they say its the best but will even need the valve springs changed. I like Comp Cams but they dont even recommend one to me for low end torque.
Do I also port the stock heads? I need as much wheel speed as possible as soon as possible while uuunder a load from the line. Mud Bog!!!
