seats for the mule
i was thinking about replacing the old seats in my truck. i want to get seats that are a little more updated but i don't know which seats will fit without a whole lot of changes. does anyone know which trucks would be a good match??

Do a search on seats. If I recall someone suggested that any bench seat in a full size Ford truck up to 97 would bolt in without modifications. I walked the bone yards for weeks until I found the buckets I liked. Had them recovered but also had to make brackets but if time is no issue as was my situation; the end result is sweet!

I wanted to update the seats in my 67 F100. I had a junked out 86 ford 150, so I took the seat out of it only to find it was completely different in the way it mounted to the floor. After studying it for a while I realized that I could remove the seat from the 86 rails and replace them with the 67 rails. It would be a simple bolt in proceedure after that. It was a perfect fit, looks good too.
I don't know how far past 86 that you can change out the rails with the 67 F100, but I suspect that it extends into the mid 90's or so.
