3.55 vs 4.10s towing capicty diffrence

how much more pulling /towing power would i have if i went from 3.55s t0 4.10s .like 2000 lbs??

Gears won't necessarily increase your towing capacity, but it will make it much easier on the van. I would still keep it under the max rating of the van...
