I have a Excal ordered for my truck. I should get it Thursday. I'll give it a test for mpg after a few days of playing with it. I gained about 2 mpg with the custom tuned Superchip I have now.

I've run a couple of tanks of gas through my truck now. It doesn't seem much stronger than the custom chip I had on it. I didn't expect it to since the chip did a good job in the power department. I ran mid 15s with the chip & my other mods. It does shift better & gets around 16 mpg in the city. Thats one more than I was getting. I haven't made a highway trip to check the mileage yet. I'm happy with the SCT so far.

I ordered a power pro by hypertec from 4 wheel parts, they sent me the wrong one. so I returned it and had them send me a superchip. I have not received that one yet. I know a little about superchip, my cuz put it in his 02 f-250 diesel, with 39"s it made a big difference

if you got a gasser , you are not going to see the gains of a diesel
