What is wrong???

I cannot figure out what is wrong with my 94' 5.8L...my transmission seems to be slipping when cruising or in stop and go traffic. Pretty much whenever it wants to! The transmission is rebuilt as of last October, new EGR valve, tuned up, no error codes, new starter silinoid, rebuilt rear-end, and I just calibrated my spedo according to FORD shop manuals. Please help!

The transmission guy is even confused???
