More Edge Questions

I started running on level 2 today and i didn't really notice any difference. All i changed is the tire size and speed limiter. What else can i change so i can "wake the truck up" like so many people report after installing the edge? Thanks for any help guys.

PS i did a 0-60 on level 1 and on 2 and level 2 was slower by 9 hundreths of a second. Is this normal???

Did you do the 0-60 on the same FLAT piece of road, or was it different: road, conditions, gas, ect....

I noticed a big difference from stock to level two all I changed was tire size. Did you update the edge? I used level 3 first and then went to level two. I liked level two the most.

i did the 0-60 on the same stretch of road, it's not entirel flat but it was the same place. The edge is completely updated.

Does any one know if changing the shift points or anything will improve the time? Anyone know a good custom tune on level 2? I will appreciate the input!!

Setting the shift points to run the engine up to the peak of the power curve would about have to improve the times versus short shifting or shifting too far beyond the peak.

Any variation in wind can affect your times too. Without a flat road and calm wind, it's going to be tough to know whether the runs are really under equal conditions.

The testing I did with an Edge on a friend's truck showed that a little tire slip affects the numbers quite a bit too.
