Truck runs smooth all the time.It stays warm in Az.There was once a while ago it idled rough for a few seconds.I wonder if it was after changing fuel filters when the code came on. HMMM!

At some point you had a cylinder that wasn't matching the output of the rest of the cylinders. The computer can sometimes measure which cylinder it is and it throws a code. I have a bad injector that will make it throw this code if it gets cold enough overnight and it doesn't start firing soon enough. I know it's also measured over a particular time span so the computer doesn't through the code immediately just because you had a cranky cold start. Since the code hasn't come back the computer hasn't detected a problem again. Hope this helps.
