Power Window issues

Both of my windows went out. They went out slowly, the power and speed began to fade, then i had to help thema long, and now they refuse to move at all, and you can only hear a click and some whining like the engine is moving but.. not moving anything else. Any suggestions? I would think I'd need a new motor, but they BOTH went out, at the same time, and the same way (not instant).

My only suggestion is to pull the motors out. Maybe the window mechanism needs lubed.

i also have this problem. have you looked at your wires that go from the body to the door sometimes they will crack and the wire slowley breaks apart causing less and less power to go to the window motors.
