i have a few ? about the 4.2. ipulled the locked up 4.2 out of truck. it was full of antifreeze but it did not ever run after lockup. can i just change gaskets and send it back to my aunt? no rods are bent that i can tell. she really has no money to fix it. also, are the torque specs in the haynes correct? thanks.

 

hi, i had engine full of antifreeze and i got away with all new gaskets. good advice is make sure it is super clean during the rebuild.
