Its bs. Current engines burn around 99% of fuel anyway, so even if the product worked, the amount of gas saved would not total the amount you spent on the pills in the first place. Don't waste your time.

I have a friend who had used them and since he has stopped using them, his mileage has actually increased and the CEL light in his truck has finally stopped coming on. ( 2005 F-150 with the 5.4L )

In other words.....DON'T GO ON THE PILL. ( no pun intended )
