headers for a '92 van with 5.8L
Who makes headers for the 5.8L in the van? I have a '92 E350 with the 5.8L. I recently put on a Magnaflow exhaust and now I was thinking of putting on headers if anyone makes them.

I don't know of anyone that makes headers specifically for the vans. Haven't seen any listed in anyone's catalog. I have seen people use the pickup truck shorty headers. They seem to work.

It's really tight between the exhaust manifolds and the sides of the engine bay. But a tight header might fit. I don't think the steering is anywhere near the exhaust manifolds, but I have to check that to make sure.

Here's a pic of the '75-'91 chassis:
The steering column is on the right side with the rubber hose going across it. The oem exhaust manifold is behind the power steering resevior, the dip stick is right above it.
