frame rusty

im sure this has been talked about before on here, but im gonna ask again. my frame on my 95 is very rusty, some people say paint with oil... is this a good idea? or is there something else better...

my frame on my truck was pretty rusty just from sitting around for a few years. i took it to our garage and put it on the lift, pressure washed every area i could get to and scraped off any loose crap that was on there. i then POR15'ed it and it looks great. i think there is a sponser for the site thats called rust bullet which i read is better.

is it a spray or brush on? i would think brush on would coat better.. how much does this stuff cost?

its brush on...it cost me something like 40-50 dollars a quart....i did the insides of my beds sides, my whole from, my gas tank and other stuff with one quart...it goes along way.
