I don't know the torque of the drain plug, but all you have to do, is tighten the plug firmly. You don't have to tighten with all your might, or you will strip the plug. Just a firm tug, and all is well.
It should have a rubber seal under the flanged head, so a lot of torque is not necessary to keep if from leaking. A decent amount to keep it from vibrating loose should be enough.
i can say this, if this is your 1st oil change, let the dealer do it...or let jiffy lube do it...you might not wanna...that oil filter will be a pita to get off...
Don't let Jiffy Lube touch your truck. They do not know what they are doing. Just young kids. If you have trouble, then take it to a dealer. The dealers have Ford techs, and deal with the first oil change tight filter syndrome.

sorry about the reference, i wasn't being literal...yeah, considering jiffy lube doesn't even know how to put a dip stick back in, i'd stay away from em...
Yeah, those *******s put anti-freeze in my window washer fluid, one time. Then driving over the pass in a bunch of slush and snow, all my wipers would do is make a big smeary mess. That was over 15 years ago. Haven't been to one of them since.
Dealerships aren't much better, these days. I had the Acura shop put a clutch in for me a couple of years ago. I pulled my tranny last week, to put some grease on the release fork, only to discover that they had cross threaded one of the bolts, with their damn impact wrench, and stripped another. These are steel bolts going into an aluminum casting. Plus, there was mysteriously missing or broken off hose clamps etc..
I don't get off on working on cars too much these days, but it seems like you have to do it yourself, if you want it done right. Too bad they care about more about your money than the quality of their work.
