You need the large one from the battery negative, and you also need one from the back of the engine to the firewall. Also check over at the battery to see if there was one over there that connected to the battery negative terminal.
If your truck is a show piece, and everything has a thick coat of paint on it before it was put together, you may need a few more. Also if your truck is getting rusty, you may need a few more.
The engine needs the large ground for the starter. But the engine mounts and tranny mounts are rubber, so you need some smaller grounds to power everything mounted in the body.
