Are you sure there's no pressure to the engine, I.E. you checked for fuel at the fuel rail shraeder valve? If so:
Disconnect the fuel line after the fuel filter (towards engine) and put the end in a bottle. Turn key to run, see if it fills up bottle with fuel for two seconds.
If it does, look for kinks further down the line. If not:
Remove the fuel filter, try again. If it sprays fuel this time, the fuel filter's clogged. If not, you have a problem either in the line to the filter, or the pump itself is clogged.
