02 SD 7.3 no start

02 SD 7.3 no start
When I turn on the key the dash lights and indicator lights flash on & off.
speedo needle & tach needle swing min to max.
when you try and start it just raddles.
Anyone have any suggestions?

No, I did not check the batteries.
Here is a little more info.
On Sun (4/22). I drove the truck and it started an ran fine. While driving home
I noticed that the tach & speedo were on '0', the "abs light was on, all other
gauges were '0'. Once I turned off the ignition the above started.
