95 Explorer Window problem
Hi Folks,
I own a 95 Explorer XLT with 170,000 miles. My problem is this.
Sometimes when I first start my SUV the 4WD and 4WD Low lights will flash on and off intermitenly. When this happens I am unable to open any windows or the moonroof. However after several minutes the windows will operate. The problem happens more in warm weather and less in the colder months. Sometimes in warm weather it will tak eup to 20 minutes before the windows will work. Even when the 4WD lights stop flasing the windows do not operate...if I switch into 4WD the lights will begin to flash again.
Even when the windows are working (which can only be operated from the Drivers controls) The window buttons on the other 3 doors no longer function.
Can anyone shed any light on this problem for me ?
