85 bronco engine swap
I have an 85 bronco that had a 351W, and I want to put a 1988 302 in it. Will the heads and intake fit, will the transmission bolt up? The 351W had a c6 transmission and the 302 is anybodys guess.

I have an 88 Bronco. The tranny should be AOD. Just asking why the 302? I feel that the 302 is a little inadequate for the Bronco. Correct me if I'm wrong but if there is nothing wrong with the C-6 keep it over the AOD. Anyone else with me on this.

Heads will fit.
Tranny will bolt directly to the 302.
Intake will not fit.
I also think you will need a new distrubitor because of the higher deck height of the 351.
but why are you wanting to loose the 50 cubes for the 302?
