Battery Drain!

Failed Miserably!
So far, nothing has worked. Tried adjusting the ignition switch and that failed. We even took the switch completely out and Circuit #5 is still somehow getting power through it even though it's a switched circuit. My blinkers work with the ignition off and so does the Heater Blower. When the fuse is in everything works and doesn't blow fuses. It's just that there's a drain thru that circuit pulling approx. 1.3 amps. Tried disconnecting underhood connectors and test light wouldn't go out. Pulled the bulkhead connector and found power at I think four pins which could be perfectly normal for them to be hot at all times.
Bottom line is I've had it and have done all I know to do -time to turn it over to a Pro and see if they can find it. Hope it doesn't cost a fortune to figure it out.
