And we all shouldn't forget, in addition to welcoming our buddy Ryan INTO the job, and we KNOW he'll be super at it, that we raise a cold, frosty one to the retiring Kwik, for always giving sound mechanical insight toward helping to solve our problems.
Kwik, thanks for all your past help, which I expect to see continue, just less "officially".
Cookie, kudos to you for continuing to put up with us all. You, too, have been a super source of knowledge over the last (at least) couple of years. I don't know how you guys do it! ;-)))
Ryan, welcome aboard!
Guys, let's all try to keep it sorta' straight-and-narrow, so as to make his new job as easy as it can be.

Cookie, you just go back to hiding, we'll all play nice, I promise.
I wouldn't exactly call it hiding.....I try to equally divide my time among the four forums I moderate, plus my "real" life, plus my local chapter, but it doesn't always work out. Generally this forum is the one that requires the least amount of attention because you all play so well together....That and Dan ruled with an iron fist.
Yeah, I have to say, after looking at several different forums, this one is the best. There are turds even here on FTE, just have a look around if you don't believe it, but Dan and Scott kept it to a minimum and I know Ryan will do the same. I see this as a gentleman's club forum even when we disagee, and hope it will stay that way. I'm sure it will or the mod ratings will suffer in a legendary fashion. Just kidding guys. Enjoy the freedom Dan.
Thanks so much for the kind words, everyone. Feels great to have such a warm welcome from all of you.
