78 351M, C-6 trans filler tube bracket location

I just had the C-6 and transfer case rebuilt on my 78 F-150. I have everything put back together and buttoned up except for one bolt on the top right side of the engine.

When I disassembled the truck, I'm pretty sure the bolt that holds on the dipstick tube was the top right bellhousing to engine block bolt. This bolt also holds a bracket for the vacuum line tube for the vacuum modulator.

Now that I'm putting it back together, I can't get the dipstick tube bracket to line up with the top right bellhousing to block bolt hole. It doesn't fit right trying to bolt it to the head either.

Can somebody confirm that the dipstick tube bracket and the modulator line bracket both bolt to the top right corner of the bellhousing to engine with a bellhousing bolt?

TIA,
Sam

Goes to the bellhousing bolt. How far is it out? Sometimes you may need to bend the tube and/or bracket a bit to get it lined up.
