I know it's the redneck thing to carry a bunch of truck parts and tools in the back of your truck.....till some little old lady slams her breaks doesn't use a turn signal which in turn causes u to slam your brakes and have a 3 1/2 ton floor jack come through your back window....didn't feel too good either.Anyone in Florida have either a solid or sliding rear window for a 95 Pick-up?And yes, I know a rear from 72 all the way up to 95 will fit it. A hard lesson learned is a good lesson learned I guess.....better clean the np435, air compressor, toolbox, spare tire and pressure washer from it eh?Oh yea NP 435 for sale 200 bucks been rebuilt with less than 2000 miles,no stick and no bellhousing, off of a 79 High Boy......if anyone has a window for my truck...drop a line....nothing worth a crap aty any boneyards around here. Thanks all.....and watch urselves.
I've managed to bust a couple of back windows on my trucks... usually a sliding window ends up costing less than a stock one. I solved the problem of breaking windows by installing a headache rack on my '88 F150.
Just go to a autoglass shop and have a non slider DTO1158CLN (clear) or DB09333YPY (dark tint) or a DY90065 slider installed,But do you want a 3 panel or a 4 panel slider? 3 panel has a single panel that slides open or the 4 panel where 2 panels seperate ? Then go to Tractor Supply or Farm & Fleet and such and get the headache rack!

I wish I could find a slider but everyone snatches them up.....I found my favorite boneyard has ANY rear windows for 20 bucks...I pull it...not too hard...hope I don't break anything lol....as for the headache rack...I'm pretty handy with a welder....lol
that's why i bought a new seal, it was only $30 or $35, and putting it in with a new, soft, pliable seal made things go so much easier. no sealants and no leaks.
72-79 won't fit into your 95. They're not as tall as yours. About 6-8 years ago I bought an aftermarket rear slider from Pep Boys for an 81 for around $50 (I think). It was real easy to install.
Thanks for the info about the 70's......I got some good advice from abuddy...sliders tend to leak...as for the seal...mine's pretty soft and it should be good to go......solid it is.....I'll buildthe headache rack and have some picsof it attached as well as unattached.....the clear Bisqueen is getting annoying and more "wrong side of the tracks" than I'd like....been workin late to get stuff done so I guess I'll have to put it off yet again...yipeee.Thanks guys for all the info...if you wanna seethe truck that got the abuse by all meansvisit my gallery.....later fellas
