Leaking heater core...
The heater core on my 1991 EB started leaking a few days ago. I put some stop leak in as a temporary fix but I don't like to depend on that stuff. Anybody got any experience in changing one of those little jewels out? All of the ones I've ever done were a real pain in the a##. Thanks!

There was a thread about this a few weeks ago. You can look back through the past threads, it was called something like "coolant on floorboard" or something like that. Anyway, it turns out that heater core replacement on big Broncos is a piece of cake, and not the nightmare like many are. Apparently you can access it through the glovebox. People are saying that they did it in half an hour. The hardest part is getting the old hoses and clamps off, but you can avoid this by just cutting them off. Don't even try to unscrew the clamps and pull the hoses off! See the old thread for more details.
