Most cities will have a wheel refinishing place. Have a look in the yellow pages or talk to a local tire/wheel shop that sells nice aftermarket wheels and ask where they have their wheels repaired. I had asked and that is how I had one of the wheels on my BMW refinished. Can't even tell it was even dinged. They turned the wheel on a lathe to repair the ding and then refinished it. Looks exactly like the others on the car. You can even get custom finishes as one of my friends did to his 98 F150. He had the slots in his 17" wheels finished in gloss black to match his truck instead of the factory grey.

There are some places that also sell and swap rims that they remanufactured. I got a set from them for another car I had a few years ago and the rims they sent me looked better than the OEM ones still on my truck. I kept them as a second set. I think their name changed to: http://www.lakeshorewheelandtire.com/ Might be worth a look, but if you are looking solely to have them re-clearcoated, maybe your local painter can do it.
