Talking 351m-400

whats the difrance between a351m &a 400 are 351s just bored out or is the stroke diffrent ?and how can u tell the diffance by looking ?

Welcome to FTE.

FTE is a huge site and in that has specific forums for specific topics.

The 351M/400 fit into the 335 engine series,...... which has a forum on it's own to discuss the differences of these engines.

This 73-79 truck forum is for discussing the difference or uniqueness of the 73-79 TRUCK.

yup, welcome to fte. to answer in short: pistons and crankshaft are all that's different. harmonic balancer may be, too.
