Thanks Colin I have the mod bug bad allreaddy. Priced out an edge programer, and a whole ton of tires and rims today. I guess one of these days I have to figure out how to install my in dash dvd player too! I tell you though, one of the first mods I am going to do is the harpoon mod.

I plan on doing that this summer to. I don't know about your truck but mine doesn't even make the full mark when the pump clicks off the first time. I am still saving my pennies for 4" exhaust and gauges and the list goes on. Keep an eye out on ebay I have seen some good deals on there for programers.
It is a design flaw in the tank. The breather tube in the tank is a about six inches long and soon is it is covered by the fuel the pump will cut off. On my truck I can put in almost 30 litres after the pump clicks off, if I take my time.
Oh yeah it is a pain. Its worth it though. Im actually looking for a larger tank for a decent price. I can go pretty far now, but if I got a larger tank i could drive the whole way from here back to nipawin without having to stop and fill up!
Paso1 has a nice ploished aluminum 90 gallon semi tank bolted in the back of his box.
We cruised most of the way to California and back with very few fuel stops.
