queistions about tires

i just got a 93 f150 xtracab and i want ot put some diffrent tires on the back im looking for a set of mudders the trusk is 2wd and i wont be off roading at all just for better traction as i will be on a lot of dirt roads and drive ways that tend to get real slick in the rain i was wondering what size tire i can put back there with out haveign to recal the speedo and that wont be tomuch for my motor trans it has a 300 6 with an aod and 3:08 gears in the rears

I wouldn't go any larger than a 235/75R15 to meet all your requirements..You can get a Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo in that size for about 125 bucks each, or something like a Kumho Road Venture MT 834 is a little more aggressive, for a little less money.

thanks for the info i have a local kumho dealer and i have used them in the past on cors and gotten great life the reason i asked is this ic my first comp controlled speedo and i wasnt sure what i could put back there thanks again

You can put whatever tire you want back there, as long as it's the same as the stock overall diameter.

I have a set of dueller A/T revos and they are excellent tires.
