As for the original poster's question, given the rarity of Lightnings, I can only imagine that it would be much more expensive to find a donor truck for an actual Lightning engine & transmission.
Instead, it would more than likely be much more reasonable & financially viable to bolt a supercharger onto a Super Duty already equipped with the 5.4L. I know that both Kenne Bell & Powerdyne make superchargers for the 5.4L. ( There are also some kits out there for the 6.8L V10.)
Off of the top of my head, I do not know if either of these companies make a bolt-on supercharger kit specific to the Super Duty. F-150 & Mustang are pretty much givens, but the Super Duty is generally considered too big & heavy to be turned into a performance vehicle. To that end, the PCM side of the equation may be a stumbling point...especially if you are trying to use a F-150 or Mustang kit on a Super Duty. Hard to say though.
Do some Google searches, and I'm sure you will find some good starting places to begin your research.
