Deadly Fumes
Hey all, I got no idea on what to do about this so i am just putting it out there. Got an 85 Bronco with a 302 efi, just replaced my tailpipe, and muffler this summer (june) with a new Stainless-steel one, cuz the old one was rusted through. Looks like the exhaust is eating through the steel. I am getting large carbon deposits on the inside, and my pipe is starting to crack in places as well as rust(or maybe its just detiorating from the exhast) I have driven less then 3000 miles since I replaced the tailpipe and it looks like I'm gonna have to replace it again. <I havent checked the muffler or my exhaust system yet but I am expecting the same thing> I know this aint the norm. Anyone got any ideas?
