Sometimes a guy can get the real hard worked trucks for cheap, put a little coin into them and be good to go. I cant see that 00 going for alot, I really cant!

the '00 didn't sell again. its a reserve bank repo, quite beat so it sounds. but they won't let it go cheap yet... the '93 went for 1400, but it was beat as well, and bent out of shape as i suspected.

I kind of figured that. 1400 is decent priced, but I guess it depends how beat it was!

yeah, if the drivetrain was tops, 1400 wasn't/isn't bad, but thte cab and box were about 2" out of line so i'm thinking its was beat pretty good.

$1400 sounds like alot if cab and box are 2" out of line depending if the frame is bent.

Sherm, I swear man, if you want a nice ford truck, you should look at getting one out here. I have found a few really sweet, f150, and f250's out here, with little or no rust, for around 1500 bucks. With no rust!!

Im guessing a 302 actually, but I do come across them all the time on craigslist. All sorts of variations with engines and trannys too. I still remember a red one in surrey, it was a 91 4x4 with a 302 standard, no rust on it, 210,000 kms, and the guy only wanted 1000 bucks for it. I should have jumped on that one.
