Wacko lights

I was working on the interior passenger door of my 99 expy because I was trying to find a cause for a rattle. I never did see anything wrong, so once I completed putting it back together I tested the window and it wouldn't move up and down. I heard a clicking noise from the engine compartment, and noticed the ABS light was flashing. When I closed the door and opened it, all of the interior lights flashed 3 or 4 times and the ABS light flashed too. When I put the key in the ignition, the speedo and tach went to max for 2 seconds then dropped back to normal. It had a really tough time turning over and starting.

Battery voltage across the terminals, not running, was 11 Volts.

I put a scanner on it and checked the engine/pcm and abs and there were no codes. Nothing looked unusual in the datastream.

Any clues for the ghost in the expy? I know I've read a similar post a while back and couldn't find it.

I think I found the old post. It looks like low battery voltage. I must have had the door opened longer than I thought.

That was most likely it. The PCM resets and the GEM goes nuts when the voltage drops.
