Oh no, nothing wrong!

I've owned my 2000 PSD two years now... did the air thing, exhaust, tuner. My problems have been limited, some water in the fuel, glow plug relay going bad, small oil leak.
However, if I'm going to keep "Beast" going, what are some do-it-your-self things I can do this summer now that she has 100,000, other than oil every 3000 and an air filter?
I feel I need to change my shocks (rather have somebody else do that for me).
Also, I'm ready to change front and rear differential fluids - any advice on this?
I tow a 7000 lb. trailer over the summer, any advice on the above or other items I should look in to? Injectors? Tranny flush? What about wheel hubs needing repacking?
Anything is much appreciated.

Thanks.

If you don't have gauges, then move that to top of your list. With the mods you have done, you have got to be able to watch the results. If not, oh well........

Check the common mods & maintenance link in my sig, you can stretch that oil to 5K with no problems, Tranny should be flushed at 30K, injectors will be fine for a while unless you are having problems. Definitely want to get some gauges and do the fuel mods (intank at least) diffs always enjoy fresh fluid.

O.K. now that the truck is broken in, you will be in preventative maintenance mode, i'm not just talking about oil changes, but all the other stuff. Diff fluid is a syn fluid from ford, they say its a life of the vehicle fluid,B.S., I have my front and rear diff fluid changed once a year, Tranny fluid needs to be changed, don't let them put Dexron in w/ friction modifier, go for the MERCON, and don't do a machine change, drop the pan, change the pickup screen etc.. now that your truck is 6-7 years old you will start to see rubber things dry rotting /cracking ( i.e. bushings, body mounts, hoses,etc..) when you notice them, change them. Do your shocks yourself, save the $100 instalation fee and get better shocks, we are only talking about a couple of bolts per shock, and you don't even have to take the wheels off. test, and add SCA if neccessary, or change your coolant. Wash Engine and monitor for leaks.
Injectors have a life of up to 250K. Turbos, depends on how hard you push them, and towing 7k back and forth to the lake is not bad, your truck needs a work out every now and then. Upgrade rotors to a cryod, slotted rotor, and better pads Powerslot comes to mind for rotors, and Hawk comes to mind for pads. Watch the weep hole on your water pump, if it starts to drip it is going south, carry a spare CPS just in case. have a Blackstone UOA done at next oil change, and they will give you some insight as to what the inside of your 7.3 is looking like.
If truck is a 4X4 then fron hubs connot be repacked, sealed unit bearings, if one goes youll know it. look at Guzzle92's site http://guzzle.rbmicro.com/ for some more things, also check out www.7point3.com

both are a wealth of info.

Sorry, do have gauges and watch them religiously!!!
Thanks for all help, will take other suggestions too. I appreciate all the 'stuff' instead of the 'fluff' I sometimes hear.

The owners manual has some good recommendations for scheduled services, as well, at 100k.
