Some of them did, some of them didn't.

What series is your truck? Most F150s with the 6050 GVWR didn't come with one.

The gas gauge.

If it says 'UNLEADED FUEL ONLY' it came with cats. If it didn't, it would not say that.

Not anywhere - only on the fuel gauge on the instrument panel where you read how much gas is in the tank. If it does say 'UNLEADED FUEL ONLY', it came with the cats from factory. If it doesn't, cats were not installed at the factory.

The Fuel Filler tube hole is the key.

If it is small it means it accommodated the unleaded fuel pump nozzle and had a CC.

If it is large and could accept the Leaded fuel nozzle and wouldn't have a CC

That's a good one, but not that reliable.

It could be punched out easily. My 79 was supposed to have the unleaded filler, but someone punched it out to accept the regular filler. It looks like it was never there.

The site does not do that "Proper Caps" thing. Either your browser or the editor you are using does that.

My 1978 F250 does not require unleaded fuel or catalytic converters.
