I want to change it out, the part number is 2F1E 95460AB. I can't find the exact one. Are any others interchangable? What do the numbers and letters mean?

That is not a valid Ford part number.
There are two different "styles" of DPFE sensors: 1) Stalk/tube mounted or 2) the style that is screwed to something and connects to the EGR sample tubes via special rubber hoses.
Your local Ford dealer's parts department can get you the correct sensor for your vehicle. Base part number will be 9J460. The prefix and suffix will vary depending on the syle and the DPFE calibration. Expect to pay about $100 for the sensor.
There have been enough reported premature failures of the aftermarket sensors that I've bcome concerned with their quality and length of life.
In any event, you want only the plastic-bodied sensor, not the metal one.
