"My Ford" Website Problems

I use the online website "My Ford" to keep track of all the maintenance and repairs I do on my 2003 F150. For the last 2 months or so, I have tried entering some service information, but when I hit the button to enter, I get an error saying service details have to be included.

I do have the service details entered, the site just does not recognize the field entry. I have sent numerous messages to the site asking for help, but have never had a response.

Just wondering if anyone else uses the maintenance log on line, and if you are having any problems doing so.
