I blew up a 300 6cyl in a '79 2wd shortbed with a C6.

I have a spare '73 2wd with a 302 and a bad C4.

Will the '73 302 swap right into the C6 using the '73 302's C4 flexplate and torque converter?

Ultimately, I aim to have a 302 C6 combination.

Use the 302 flexplate and the 300 torque converter. The C4 converter won't work on a C6.

 

you need a 302 28oz c6 flexplate.....use the c6 converter
