dent side wheel bases

does anyone know the wheel base of a 78/79 f-250 crew cab short bed and long bed? or anywhere i might find this information.

Only one frame is listed for a 78/79 F250 Crew Cab. Wheelbase is 166"

For '79 F-250 crew cab it shows short bed only, WB=150 in.

F-350, long bed only, WB=165.5 in.

Info came from the original brochure.

My information comes from the parts book, frame section 5000. It shows the F250 CC with a wheelbase of 166"

You be the judge, what's more accurate, a sales brochure, or the 1973/79 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalog?

So what you're saying is there were no short bed crew cab F-250's in '78 / '79; but there were.

The F-250 crewcabs were all shortbeds. If you wanted a longbed you bought the F-350 crewcab. My 74, 76, 78 owner manuals list the wheelbase at 150.5".

No I'm not saying that..what I said was the parts catalog (updated 7 times times since first issed in 1979) only shows one wheelbase..for a F250 CC..the one I posted. There's only one quarter panel shown for either the F250/350. Did Ford make a short bed CC? I don't know, the parts books only shows one wheelbase for both the F250/350.
