Hey Phil, I'm sorry to hear that but it's just a minor set back. Have you tried the gum versus the patch. You might just crave that taste like I do. I have 2-3 pieces a day, as needed just to get that *** taste in my mouth. LOL

If ya need anything, I'm hear for ya!

The gum worked for me but I hated it. So I tried using a half or a third of a piece and it worked just as well.

I will say, it is very tempting to start smoking again when it comes to the weight. After all my hard work and fighting off almost 40 lbs. since April, I have already managed to put about 8 or 9 back on. This I'm not pleased with.

I've gained about fifteen pounds since I quit in March. It bothers me a lot but on the other hand it is a lot less of a health threat than somking.

True but it just upsets me that it took me so much hard work to get off that 40 and within a matter of weeks, it can so easily be put on.

First rule as we approach and then past age 40, gravity begins to work on us. We start to get shorter and thus look like we have gained weight.

AND that's all I have to say about this subject as I too have lost 2 inches in height.

OK George, I will take your word for this. I gained some weight because I got old and short. Is that it? (I think my feet are bigger too.)

Bruce that is so true. I forgot that I gain a half a shoe size. Seriously went from 10.5 to a 11 go figure.

I know just what you are talking about. I have a much meaner edge after I quit smoking. Been in some regular bar fights here since then. And you know what? I kinda like it! Hahahaaaa! Put that edge to some good use.
