I have just changed out the original fuel return lines, O rings and caps. I am not sure if anyone has tried this but I did the passenger side, hooked the remaining length of hose as a temporary fuel return and started the engine to bleed the injection lines.
Then did the drivers side, that way she started right up and after a little cough all was ok.
QUESTION there is still a leak comming from the rear passenger side injector, do the O rings take a while to settle down and seal or have i messed up?
I lubed everything with ATF as I had some in a pot from the filter change.
The o ring seal should seal instantly............just remove the injector line on that cylinder and press hard down on the cap..............

i had changed the orings on mine about a year ago, and sometimes if you bumped them they would start leaking. so i did something a little different this time. i had to do a head gasket change so i went ahead and bought new injectors to, the new injectors came with new orings. what i did was bought a kit with a bunch of different size orings, after i put the new orings on the injectors i lubed the insides of the caps with petrolium gelly and installed the caps, making sure theyre all the way down. i then found a oring out of the kit that would fit right over the threaded end of the injectors and rest on top of the caps. when you put the injector lines back on the line nut pushes down on the oring and holds the return caps in place with very little movement. ive never had a problem yet, they are dry as a bone and no air intrushions.
