ok fixed lower intake gasgets on 89-f-350 351-5.8 battery was out for few monthsput everything back together plus new fuel filter along with full tune up,now it just cranks fast but wont start im STUCK CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might find more information in the forums for the older body style, but I'll give you a kick start.
Are you not getting spark, air or fuel? I'd suspect you didn't reconnect something like the coil/distributor or the main engine harness. However it could be something as simple as the fuel pump relay is shot.
