Delvac

can anyone tell me for sure if this is a synthetic or not..someone told me it is...and someon said it isnt?

Delvac 1 5W40 is definitely a synthetic product; says so right on the label. Check out Mobil's site for all the product specs etc.

Mobil Delvac 1300 is 15w-40 and is NOT a synthetic oil. Mobil1 5w-40 IS fully synthetic and available under the name mobil truck and diesel oil. hope this helps clarify for you.

I have used 5w-40 fully synthetic in my truck for 10,000 miles and i love it. the blackstone lab report comes back better every time. little pricey but worth it.

Yes the Delvac 1 is synthetic. It's the "1" in the name you're looking for, not other Delvac flavours.

Pretty much the easiest way to think of it is, if it's 5w40 its synthetic and if its 15w40 it isn't. At least this is true with all the oils I've seen.
