Yellow plug in pan..

A couple weeks ago I did a transmission filter change on my 01 5.4 supercrew automatic when I found a yellow plug in the pan. What is this? Should I be worried? Now it runs and shifts great with no problems.

Don't worry about the plug. It plugs the dipstick hole during assembly. Once they install the dipstick, the plug falls into the pan. Completely normal.
