Stalling & Squeekin!

Stalling & Squeekin!
My trucks RPM's have been kinda weird. After about 10 minutes of running it from being cool it stall a whole lot. Tune-up time? Or should I ajust my idol?
The other thing that is bothering me is that my belts seem to squeek after going threw water, should I just get use to this? or can it be fixed some way? After about 200 miles of running time after the belts get wet they are fine and there is no squeeking. They are relitivly new and so no majoir signs of wear so i dont want to replace them if I dont have to. I also tried some belt dressing but that only seems to make it worse after a while.
