Steering Problems

Driving a 1986 Ford Bronco.
A few weeks back my wife hit the ditch with the Bronco.
Before this happened the steering wheel would sit level when driving straight.
The problem now is that when the wheels are straight the wheel points down to 7 OCLOCK.I have looked under neath and cannot see anything visibly bent.
Has or does anyone no what the problem could be ?
Thanx again in advance for the help

If it seems to drive okay, I would say that she probably just knocked the front end out of alignment. Take it into a reputable shop and have an alignment done. This will center the wheel, and if anything is loose or terribly out of whack, they should catch it and let you know. Otherwise, things are just out of adjustment.

You can always center-up the wheel by removing it and putting it back on straightened-up, but that won't solve your problem: your wife no doubt bent something, and you'll only find it by having an alignment shop look at it.
