Just found out a high risk sex offender moved in across the street. It was on the local news this evening.
I have kids and I live right next to a park.
I need to verify the address but I was told he is in a duplex across the street from me. He shares the duplex with a family that has 2 small kids.
I strongly suggest everyone keep an eye on the sex offender registry websites..some are free some are not.

Yeah, that is some crazy ****! We have a neighbor hood watch and ever year they pass out the new sex offender list. We have at least 5 living within eight blocks of us and we live 5 blocks from an elementary school. The list showed that there were two child molesters that moved into the same apartment together. Who the heck thought that was a good idea to allow? Granted some are probably wrongfully on the list, peeing in public when drunk, that sort of thing - but I think once you've molested a child, or raped a person, you have voluntarily given up a large portion of your rights to have privacy, live wherever you want and not be questioned about what you're doing etc.

I think all the folks on our street that have kids have been warned now. The guy that told me lives 3 houses down from me. His kids are all grown but his wife rins a daycare in their home.
I watched the news this evening and this guy is a teir 3 (highest risk) for sexual assault against a teenage girl. Hell, that could be anything. rape is called "sexual intercourse without consent" on the Montana state list. That's about dang ridiculous.

I spent an hour or so checking family watchdog around my area and areas where women I know live.
Nothing like a chick I know having a rapist down the street and her not knowing...
Keep them in jail or just execute them. There is a big difference from the 18yr old kid busted with the 16yr old girl, and the 40 yr old sicko that does horrible things to kids, or hurts women. No sympathy for the latter.
Hell, put them on an island and let the rest of us hunt them. No sarcasm here, I wish they'd let us do it.

Ok,this post should get me a ton of rep points!
Here it is,a new reality show.It is called Pervivor.
We sent all of these sickos to (I forget the name) an uninhabited island.The only living things on this island are poisonous.Snakes,lizards,spiders,etc.We then give them just enough food and water to survive.If they get bitten,at the last moment before death and after hours of painful agony,we give them medical attention and bring them back to health.Then of course they go back to living on the island.We make this a TV show and show it to everybody.It may not stop all the pervs,but if it stops a couple of them then it is worth the cause.If they see that we are not going to kill them and put them out of OUR misery,but sustain their miserable lives on this island until they die from old age,they might think twice!

Our Island has 56 registered child-molesters, out of 60,000 people. Whenever a new one moves or registers here, there are righteous protests, and occasionally the 'vert is forced out of the neighborhood by peer pressure and town meetings.
Since the shrinks say this is an incurable disease, why not keep them in jail instead of foisting them back on our communities. I like the incarceration 'loophole' or whatever that allows a judge to arbritarily keep a child molester in jail beyond the normal length of the sentence. It should happen more often, from the experiences our community has had with re-offenders.
