Bumper trouble - Help!

I got my 04 Nav about a month ago, first one so I'm sorry to say I don't know a whole lot about them. My wife ran the corner into a snowbank (haha, we still have those where I live!)
I have attached two pics to illustrate where the bumper is cracked - it is right next to where it attaches to the front fender... just forward of the wheel well. The splash shield has a straight crack through it as well. I brought it to a local bodyshop that "bonded" the crack but it is still visible from the outside. What would need to be done to fix it so the crack is no longer visible (if possible?)? Ballpark of what it would cost? Would any of you guys actually bother to fix it if it was your rig or would you just leave it as is? Also, when I grab the bottom of the bumper cover and pull up the whole bumper cover can flex/move up about 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch - is this normal?

Sure... it's dark here now but I'll take new pics a little larger tomorrow... I wasn't sure about allowed file sizes so I figured smaller was better to start
