Flexplate for 5.0L/C6 combo

Flexplate for 5.0L/C6 combo
Shopping for flexplate at Summitracing. Saw couple that I am interested in - one by TCI and one by Ford Racing. Difference between the two is TCI is 157 tooth while Ford Racing is 164. Also, I noticed that the TCI one said 5.0L and C6 combo while the Ford Racing one said 5.0L and C4 combo. I am not sure if the transmission type (between C4 and C6) matters that much. But I am also not sure if the number of tooth plays a significant role. So, I wanted you guys opinion which one will better suit my application.
The ford racing part number in summit is FMS-M-6375-G302.
The TCI part number in summit is TCI-529618
Truck is 1979 F100 with 302 and C6.
