If it is that close to Stoddard Wells then it isn't too far from Miller Canyon either.

Talking oh yeah?

That place in the pic is RIGHT behind my house. I live in apple valley. Like the mt your climbling once you get to the to you can see a town? N E WAYS!! My truck is almost ready for a meet! I have the transfer case open right now and just need to find the little tinny peice and throw the rear drive shaft back on.(found it cheap at pick n pull) So I am DIEING to get into some deep ...dirt. You thought i was gonaa cuss..lol. N e ways! Have fun!!

Yeah ya know when i say go big or go home doesnt just mean my truck its my yard and everything else in it LOL. Dont I wish! Yeah my yard is umm lets say my truck wouldnt fit back there if i tried even if i tried really hard lol. <---lives in an APT.

They have apartments in the desert? Still, I bet it is nice to be so close to 4x4 stompin grounds.

We have grass? Dang i know i planted some and it died! like really fast and it was a small patch in the back yard. it lasted 2 mo. we watered it and fed it but the dirt is clay. yeah being close to 4x4 is awsome except it makes me cry(jk) everytime i see my truck sitting outside all by his lownsome cause he still isnt running right

I remember back when I went to Arizona, and nobody had grass unless it was the astroturf stuff. Nothing but dirt and rocks. Now that I finally have another 4x4 (I know it is only a Chebbie) I can't wait to go four wheeling somewhere.

I used to live in az. ya now with where i live and have lived you could never guess that i hate the desert and really love the rain.

lots of rain is good for muddin, but id rather go fast in dust than fast in mud, mud is a pain to clean off!

Yeah I bet, and mud is easier to get stuck in, especially with stock tires. I too would rather run fast in dust then in mud.

Are there any cool places temperature wise that can be fun to off road in? I know there are quite a few in the desert, but that would be too hot for me come summer time. Mountain trails, or canyons etc.
