Wait a minute, I found a printout, it appears to be the light blue one. Here they are for the driver side:
#2 WH, #4 BN/LB, #6 LG/OG, #8 LB.
Someone double check that. It shows for a 2001 EX or SD 250/350/450/550
EDIT: I don't think it differs from 00 to 01. Easy to check with one glance.
Also, the injector common appears to be PK/YE
